Here at JB Knife and Tool, LLC, we stand behind our products. All items carry a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy, you may return items in unused condition within one week after receiving (return authorization required).
JB Knife and Tool, LLC guarantees our work to be free from mechanical defects under normal usage, and will repair or replace such items as necessary as long as we remain in business. Natural materials like wood and bone may shrink, crack, and/or discolor with change in temperature, humidity, or age. Due to their nature, these issues would not be covered under this warranty.
While it should go with out saying, Stupidity is not covered. Ask yourself why your item has failed. Where you using a skinner for batoning? Did you use it like a pry bar or screwdriver? Such usage is not covered, but we are willing to try to fix your mistake for a fee and hope lesson learned.
All order over are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Boxes with tracking/conformation numbers. Shipping rates are calculated via USPS based on your shipping information. Insurance is optional and left to buyers discretion and responsibility.
In Stock items ship within 72 hours from time of payment.
Deposit (custom orders):
Custom Knife order lead time is 12-16 weeks from time of order.
Deposits are non-refundable.

If paying in full; only half will be refunded if custom order is canceled.
If in stock items and custom items are purchased at the same, all items will ship together.
DEPOSIT coupon code: You will have 2 weeks form time of order completion notification to pay balance due. If payment is not made within this time frame and other arrangements have not be made; your order will be placed on hold, moved to bottom of order list, and all custom items will be placed on our website for sale. If we do not hear from you to remove hold with in 14 weeks from time of notification; your order will be canceled. Deposits are non-refundable.
All returns, whether for warranty issues or otherwise, requires a return authorization. Please contact us and we will discuss return options. Upon approval we will issue a return authorization form (via email) for you to include with your return. Upon receiving the return a refund will be issued (minus shipping costs) or repairs will made depending on the nature of the return. You will be emailed a conformation of receipt and status update.
