JB knife and tool is an outlet for all the crazy ideas that John Stubbs and Brian Moreland can come up with. Our goal is to provide quality custom knives, tools, pens, and gadgets that the average Joe can afford and depend on. Proudly Made in the U.S.A.

 

Guarantee:

Here at JB Knife and Tool, we stand behind our products. All items carry a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy, you may return items in unused condition within two weeks after receiving (return authorization required). 

JB Knife and Tool guarantees our work to be free from mechanical defects under normal usage, and will repair or replace such items as necessary as long as we remain in business. Natural materials like wood and bone may shrink, crack, and/or discolor with change in temperature, humidity, or age. Due to their nature, these issues would not be covered under this warranty.

While it should go with out saying, Stupidity is not covered. Ask yourself why your item has failed. Where you using a skinner for batoning? Did you use it like a pry bar or screwdriver? Such usage is not covered, but we are willing to try to fix your mistake for a fee and hope lessoned learned. 

 

Shipping:

 

1-2 Knives - Flat Rate Shipping of $8.00

3 or more - Flat Rate Shipping of $12.50

All order over are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Boxes with tracking/conformation numbers.  All items are insured for their value and a conformation email with tracking information will be sent upon shipping.

In Stock items ship within 72 hours from time of payment.

Shipping outside the Continental US is charged at the rate the USPS quotes via their website. 

Deposit (custom orders):

Custom Knife order lead time is 12-16 weeks from time of order. 

For custom orders: online price is for a deposit of half now and half due at time of shipment;  we will invoice you for final payment when order is ready to ship. Deposits are non-refundable. 

If in stock items and custom items are purchased at the same, all items will ship together.

For international shipments please send us an email.

 

Returns:

All returns, whether for warranty issues or otherwise, requires a return authorization. Please contact us and we will discuss return options. Upon approval we will issue a return authorization form (via email) for you to include with your return. Upon receiving the return a refund will be issued (minus shipping costs) or repairs will made depending on the nature of the return. You will be emailed a conformation of receipt and status update.
